Sranots bridge

Description

The Sranots bridge is located near Kirants village, on the Karahan river. According to historical data, it was built in the 12th-13th centuries. In the past, the bridge was the path connecting the two districts of Kunen settlement. In the right-hand part of the bridge, the ruins of settlements have been preserved to this day. It is single arched, about 10 m. It is a high bridge with a span. Its gables, lined with large semi-hewn stones, rest on the coastal cliffs, giving a high arch, built of large sandstone slabs, slightly flattened on the outside. The name is popular, it came from the name of the oil mill built nearby.
